Good to know

If these walls could talk, they'd probably start with, "Welcome to this circa 1900 Victorian-era home! I have amazing stories to share!" Discover loving wear, quaint aging, and PLENTY of charm both inside and out. It will be like you're living inside a well loved novel—full of character and a few plot twists. Over the years, this house has seen it all and adapted accordingly. As families grew, so did the home, resulting in a unique but spacious layout. It's as if the house went through a few renovations and thought, "Why not add a little more character?" Some of that character comes in the form of uneven floor transitions (watch your step), and depending on how tall you are, one head knocker, mind your head! While the rooms may be smaller than in modern homes, they're bursting with comfort and charm. Think of them as cozy retreats, perfect for curling up with a good book. Or you could write your own in the dedicated workspace with standup/adjustable desk. So come on in, make yourself at home, and let your imagination run wild. Book now and become a part of this home's rich history! Free on street parking. Chore free, and no cleaning fees

Tracy was great. We needed to adjust our duration of our stay and Tracy was very helpful. The house was so clean and nicely furnished. Lots of surprise treats, great coffee bar, and really nice kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very clean. It is an older house but really we really liked it's charm. Looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and I stayed at Tracy's lovely Pearl Place while visiting our daughter in Ellensburg. I can't imagine a nicer Airbnb. She thought of everything we could need and more. The home was stunning, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. My husband needed to work remotely during our stay and the home had an excellent desk and chair for him to do this. Tracy had a gift bag with a personalized note for us when we arrived. There were snacks and a coffee bar with coffee. There was a basket in the bathroom with anything we may have forgotten. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every night. There are too many things to mention that made this home remarkable. We can't recommend Pearl Place or Tracy highly enough.

This was one of the most thoughtfully accommodated places I have ever stayed in. From the sweet gift bag with old fashioned candies to the well stocked bathroom basket and coffee bar, Tracy thought of everything one might need to feel at home. The house is also very charming and cozy with lots of antiques and character. We made Christmas dinner for our family of four and had everything we needed and then some. If you are in Ellensburg, you won’t find a better place to stay! We will be back for sure.

We absolutely loved Tracy's home! It was immediately comfortable and fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed (including sandwich bags when I needed to make some PB&J's for the road!). Tracy really is a lovely host and has set up perhaps the most well appointed airbnb I've ever stayed in. Will rebook every time we go to Ellensburg!

We had a wonderful stay while visiting family for a few days. They are very thoughtful hosts who had many amenities for us on arrival. Very charming decor and we loved the old style victrolla record player and records we took advantage of listening too! The only thing even slightly negative to note from our experience, is that the shower is quite small and was the only option, but nice fixtures and water pressure. Really great hosts and accommodations!

This place is so nice and Tracy thinks of everything. She has a basket “did you forget something?” Of course we forgot something and she had it. She had candy for Halloween and yes, we got tricker treaters. The house is VERY comfortable and well stocked. A+++++.

One of the best AirBnbs I've ever stayed in. I was only there for one night, but would've loved staying longer. The house is incredible, especially if you're a History nerd like me.
